This Final Integrative Work is a research aimed at obtaining the degree of Bachelor in Labor Relations, focused on the analysis of the Working Conditions and Environment of employees designated as "beachgoers" in a Service Station with a national flag, located in the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, during the year 2023. This research aimed to answer the following central question: What are the working conditions and environment of beach employees of a service station in the Autonomous City of BS AS Argentina in 2023?. The methodology used in this study is situated within the interpretative paradigm of the social sciences, focusing on understanding and analyzing social phenomena from a subjective perspective. To this end, semi-structured interviews were conducted with the participants, which allowed them to explore in depth their experiences, perceptions and points of view. These interviews were complemented by direct observations, which facilitated a more complete understanding of the context in which the study subjects operate. This combination of qualitative techniques made it possible to obtain rich and meaningful data, which are essential for the analysis and interpretation of the results. In the search for antecedents, it was found that there are very few research works on this topic, and in the works found, the vast majority deal with the damage caused by fuel. Regarding the results of the research work, it was highlighted that, although fuel exposure has effects on the health of beach workers, the main finding was chronic stress induced by violent robberies, along with health problems associated with conditions.
