Resumen
El presente Trabajo Integrador Final se ha elaborado con el fin de diseñar un proyecto con una propuesta de intervención avanzando en un diagnóstico organizacional para un Hospital de salud pública ubicado en el Gran Buenos Aires, a través de la incorporación de un departamento nuevo en el área de Gestión de Personal de esta institución. El nuevo departamento de “Empleo”, tendrá como funciones específicas el análisis y la planificación de necesidades de personal, diseñar y ejecutar los procesos de búsqueda y selección para los diferentes puestos de trabajo cualificados y con la experiencia necesaria para garantizar que el hospital cuente con un equipo altamente profesionalizado. Para su conformación y a los fines de plantear enriquecer la gestión, se ha propuesto analizar y describir los procesos del área con el objetivo de diseñar políticas que optimicen los procesos de trabajo y la gestión del personal.
Avanzamos en un Diagnóstico Situacional del hospital y del área en la que se realiza la intervención sobre la estructura formal, a su vez se llevaron a cabo entrevistas a personas claves y para obtener una visión global se realizó un proceso de observación participante tanto en la institución estudiada como en otra de similares características. Asimismo, se utilizó normativa vigente, se observaron datos de páginas web y se analizó la documentación institucional brindada por las personas entrevistadas.
En cuanto a la metodología en esta investigación es interpretativa de las Ciencias Sociales con técnicas de recolección de datos de tipo cualitativo con entrevistas y observaciones.
This Final Integrative Work has been prepared in order to design a project with an intervention proposal advancing an organizational diagnosis for a public health Hospital located in Greater Buenos Aires, through the incorporation of a new department in the area. of Personnel Management of this institution. The specific functions of the new “Employment” department will be the analysis and planning of personnel needs, designing and executing the search and selection processes for the different qualified jobs with the necessary experience to guarantee that the hospital has a highly professional team. For its formation and for the purposes of enriching management, it has been proposed to analyze and describe the processes of the area with the objective of designing policies that optimize work processes and personnel management. We advanced in a Situational Diagnosis of the hospital and the area in which the intervention is carried out on the formal structure, in turn interviews were carried out with key people and to obtain a global vision a process of participant observation was carried out both in the institution studied as in another with similar characteristics. Likewise, current regulations were used, data from web pages was observed and the institutional documentation provided by the people interviewed was analyzed. Regarding the methodology in this research, it is interpretive of the Social Sciences with qualitative data collection techniques with interviews and observations.
