Resumen
El presente Trabajo Integrador Final tiene como objetivo principal elaborar un Plan Anual de Capacitación que será tomado por la organización para ser desarrollado durante el año 2021. Se realizará diagnostico organizacional que permitirá identificar las necesidades de capacitación que presente el área de Recursos Humanos, para luego crear el diseño de cómo se implementará dicho plan. La metodología utilizada es cualitativa descriptiva ya que refiere a un tipo de recolección de datos más flexible. La organización, estudiada, se trata de un mayorista de artículos de limpieza, perfumería y de cosmética, tiene una dotación aproximada de 800 colaboradores. La compañía se encuentra compuesta por nueve sucursales a lo largo del país. Las evaluaciones acerca de la efectividad que han tenido las capacitaciones, se analizarán a través de los métodos de: evaluación 360°, obsolescencia del personal, y/o la tasa de rotación de Personal, por otra parte se analizará a través de una encuesta de utilización de capacitaciones la opinión de los participantes con respecto al contenido y nuevas sugerencias a tener en cuenta en futuras capacitaciones.
The main objective of this Final Integrative Work is to prepare an Annual Training Plan that will be taken by the organization to be developed during the year 2021. An organizational diagnosis will be carried out that will allow identifying the training needs presented by the Human Resources area, and then create the design of how the plan will be implemented. The methodology used is qualitative and descriptive as it refers to a more flexible type of data collection. The organization, studied, is a wholesaler of cleaning, perfumery and cosmetic items, it has a staff of approximately 800 employees. The company is made up of nine branches throughout the country. The evaluations about the effectiveness of the trainings will be analyzed through the management indicators detected during the present, which are: level of knowledge of Excel and daily tasks of the job, degree of autonomy and resolution On the other hand, the opinion of the participants regarding the content and new suggestions to be taken into account in future training will be analyzed through a training utilization survey.
