Acceso a los derechos del parto respetado y violencia obstétrica

Abstract

El presente trabajo de investigación, realizado para la tesina final de la carrera Licenciatura en Trabajo Social de la Universidad Nacional Arturo Jauretche (UNAJ), tiene como objetivo analizar las experiencias de las mujeres y personas gestantes pertenecientes a la UNAJ, con respecto a sus procesos de embarazo, parto y puerperio, ocurridos durante el año 2020 hasta el año 2025, en referencia a la atención sanitaria y a la identificación de la existencia de violencia obstétrica (VO). Se utilizó como herramienta de recolección de la información la metodología cuali-cuantitativo con el fin de obtener datos pertinentes que dé respuesta a los interrogantes que incentivan el diseño de la investigación. Como resultado de dicha investigación, se pudo visibilizar que, a pesar de las intervenciones del Estado en función de la erradicación de este tipo de violencia, a través de distintos mecanismos, entre ellos, cabe mencionar, la creación de la Ley de Parto Humanizado (Ley N°25.929) y el Protocolo de Recepción de Denuncias en casos de Violencia Obstétrica, actualmente la VO se continúa perpetuando en los servicios de salud.

This research work, carried out for the final thesis of the degree Bachelor of Social Work from the Arturo Jauretche National University (UNAJ), It aims to analyze the experiences of women and pregnant people belonging to UNAJ, with respect to their pregnancy, childbirth and postpartum processes, occurring during the year 2020 to the year 2025, in reference to health care and the identification of the existence of obstetric violence (OV). The qualitative-quantitative methodology was used as a data collection tool in order to obtain relevant data that answers the questions that motivated the research design. As a result of this investigation, it was possible to see that, Despite State interventions aimed at eradicating this type of violence, through different mechanisms, including, it is worth mentioning, the creation of the Humanized Childbirth Law (Law No. 25,929) and the Protocol for Receiving Complaints in Cases of Obstetric Violence, currently, VO continues to be perpetuated in health services.
