Resumen
El siguiente trabajo integrador final tiene por finalidad proponer un plan de capacitación destinado a un laboratorio dedicado a la fabricación de medicamentos y dispositivos que buscan mejorar la calidad de la salud del ser humano. Su casa matriz se encuentra en Chicago Estados Unidos, con sedes en todas partes del mundo y entre ellas en Argentina se ubica en zona sur Florencio Varela. En el año 2022 se buscó poner en marcha las normas de gestión de calidad ISO 9001 aplicado a los procesos de trabajo que ejecutan los empleados del área de recursos humanos sueldos. Debido a la aplicación de la norma que garantiza la gestión de calidad en los procesos laborales, tenemos por objetivo general planificar la capacitación anual para el sector en los siguientes temas, sistemas informáticos ADAMS, liquidación de sueldos, comunicación y liderazgos para mandos medios, Seguridad e Higiene usos de extintores. Para llevar a cabo este plan de capacitación se utilizaron herramientas que permitieron recolectar datos como entrevistas, encuestas, e indicadores de gestión.
El encuadre para el plan de capacitación, es un enfoque mixto cuantitativo y cualitativo que permite recoger información maleable, de ello se desprende un diagnostico con información valiosa donde se analizara la necesidad de llevar adelante un plan de capacitación.
The purpose of the following final integrative work is to promote an annual training plan that is dedicated to the development of medicines and devices that seek to improve the quality of human health. Its headquarters are in Chicago, United States, with offices in all parts of the world and among them in Argentina is located in the southern area of Florencio Varela. To carry out this training plan, tools were used to collect data such as interviews, surveys, and management indicators. The framework for the training plan is a mixed quantitative and qualitative approach that allows collecting malleable information, from which a diagnosis with valuable information is derived where the need to carry out a training plan is analyzed.
