This Final Integrator work aims to design a training program based on the Micaela Law for an industrial automation SME located in the southern area of Buenos Aires. We will first present the particularities of the organization, then we will carry out an analysis of it, as well as the number of employees, context, main activity and its history. Next, we will mention the regulatory framework in resonance with the proposed training program. In relation to the theoretical framework we have worked with the concepts of gender perspective and sexual division of labor in a transversal manner throughout the TIF. Moving forward in the second part, we will carry out an organizational diagnosis in order to account for the current situation of the SME. It is worth mentioning that the selected method involves a qualitative analysis to follow the flow of information obtained, together with internal documentation, data extracted from the website and information collected during the interview with a key actor who is part of the organization. Subsequently, we analyze the current annual training plan that the SME has. Finally, we will present the results of the diagnosis to give rise to our intervention proposal, designed a Training Program with a gender perspective in Ley Micaela. By way of closing, we provide a brief conclusion obtained as a result of the path taken to complete the work. Finally, we add, in an informative manner, referential annexes that complement the academic work with the development of a glossary that aims to expand some of the concepts worked on in this writing.
